What is included in our itinerary?

All Packaged Tours Include:

  • All Trip Planning and Arrangements
  • Round Trip Motor Coach Transportation
  • Onboard Tour Escort(s)
  • Overnight Accommodations (if any)

  • Group Excursions

  • All taxes, service charges and gratuities pre-planned as part of group excursions
  • Any other arrangements that are agreed upon and pre-arranged by DFTL

Who are DFTL’s tours good for?

Our tours are perfect for Fundraising events, organizations, clubs, churches, businesses incentive trips, team-building excursions and anyone looking for a fun and unique way to host their group.

Can children under 2 go on your group tours?

Yes, and children younger than 2 travel free! Please let us know how many children will be on the tour along with any special amenities or accommodations you need.

Is there a minimum group size?

Minimum group sizes are determined on a per-trip basis. We will work with you to determine a group size and minimum number of people needed for the tour.

What if we don’t meet our minimum group size?

Don’t Forget The List sells Packaged Tours as a Wholesale product to you. If you are unable to resell enough tickets to meet the minimum group size that was agreed upon we will do our best to work with our third-party tour suppliers to alter your Tour to accommodate a smaller group size. If we are able to alter your Tour, additional charges and fees may apply, especially if larger group discounts are no longer applicable.

In rare cases we may be forced to cancel your tour and any applicable refunds will be issued based on our refund policy as stated in our Packaged Group Tour Terms and Conditions.

How far in advance do you need to book my trip?

For group tours within the United States please give us at least 2-3 months to hold a charter bus and make group arrangements with our Tour Suppliers. We begin securing your tour arrangements immediately upon receipt of the initial deposit.

For group tours or incentive trips outside of the United States we ask that you give us at least 6 months.

How far in advance do you need to book my trip?

What is the difference between a Mystery Tour and a Traditional Tour?

The difference between a Traditional Tour and a Mystery Tour is that the itinerary is fully disclosed in a Traditional Tour but our exclusive Mystery Tours are just that – a Mystery!

Guests on a Mystery Tour may know the theme of the tour in advance but won’t know exactly where they are going until they get on the bus and are on their way.

We create unique custom all-inclusive itineraries for each group based on their interests, needs and activity levels. Tours can be as active or relaxing as you’d like and can be themed around your fundraising goals or group objectives.

What if I don’t like where my Mystery Tour ends up?

We trust that won’t be the case. We work with you to get a feel for what your group’s interests and needs are way in advance. If you are not happy with the group theme that we present to you, tell us right away and we will discuss other options. For the record, no one has been disappointed yet!

We believe that there are adventures to be had everywhere you go and if you keep an open mind we fully believe you won’t be disappointed!

How do we sell a Packaged Group Tour as part of a Fundraiser?

Who says you can’t have fun while raising funds?! Whatever your good cause, we can build a customized itinerary to help you raise the funds you need.

We sell the Packaged Group Tour to you as a whole package and in turn your organization would then resell the individual tickets to your target audience.

Tell us your fundraising goals along with a few specifics and we will package a unique custom itinerary along with suggested resale rates to help you reach your goal.

Do you offer Group Tours outside of the United States?

If you would like to travel outside of the U.S. please contact us and we will gladly work with you to plan a Packaged Group Tour! It just won’t be a surprise.

I don’t want to spend the whole time in transit…

We agree wholeheartedly! How far we travel is determined by several factors including but not limited to: your trip length, budget, fundraising goals, group needs and event specifics.

How does payment work?

A 25% deposit is due upon the signing of your Wholesale Agreement (WSA), a second 25% payment is due 30 days after the contract signing and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your trip departure.

All Payments may be made payable to Don’t Forget The List and paid via cash, check or credit card. A 3% transaction fee will be attached to any credit card transactions.
